Antonio Tenuta said: 'Necessary and indispensable, on the other hand, is the predisposition of the entrepreneur to bring culture into his company because, I believe, without culture there is no business'.
Starting from this assumption, with a view to a strategic territorial network on a cultural basis, the GIAS Business Museum intends to promote the values of Calabrian entrepreneurship and the actions undertaken in the cultural sphere by leading companies in different sectors in the area: companies united in the SudHeritage project.
The proposed day takes the form of an event/talk in which the Business Museums of Calabria tell their stories to the community, highlighting the directions taken individually and in a network.
This is an unprecedented opportunity in this region to promote know-how, entrepreneurship and cultural processes to an audience of experts, but also and above all to citizens in order to spread the 'made in Calabria' brand, to unite different entrepreneurial realities on the theme of culture, and to stimulate an ever-increasing increase in the quality levels of museum institutions in the direction of accreditation to the National Museum System as Enterprise Museums.
Museums are places to be experienced and the Calabrian enterprise offers a varied panorama of collections, processes, and educational activities that need to reach even the youngest audiences in order to spread a dynamic and virtuous idea of the territory.
The day is dedicated to Nicodemo Librandi, founder and first president of Sudheritage, a visionary entrepreneur who embodied the values of the best Calabrian entrepreneurial tradition.
