This page describes the methods and logic of the processing of personal data of users of the www.sudheritage.it website (hereinafter, the 'Site').

This information is provided - pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 - to all users of the Site.

The validity of the information contained on this page does not extend to other websites that may be consulted via hyperlink.

The Data Controller is Associazione Sud Heritage, via Gabriele Costanzo, 82 - 88049 Soveria Mannelli (CZ).

Users, by using this Site, accept this policy and are therefore invited to read it before providing personal information of any kind.

Data processed

  • Navigation data
    Computer systems and procedures software responsible for the operation of the site web acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (by way of example only, IP address or domain names of the devices through which users connect to the Site, URI notation addresses (Uniform Resources Identifier) of the required resources, the Log system, id or unique device identifier, device type).
    This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects.
    This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site: apart from this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
  • Data provided voluntarily by the user
    Through the Website it is possible to send requests and communications to Associazione SudHeritage through the contact addresses indicated therein. The conferment of such data is compulsory, necessary to reply to the requests sent as well as to contact the sender to obtain clarifications on what has been reported.

Purpose and legal basis

Personal data are processed by the data controller for the following purposes:

  • Responding to user requests for information and assistance. The processing is functional to fulfil a user request and is based on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
  • Send the newsletter. Communications may include invitations to events, news alerts, promotions and commercial offers of products and/or services of the SudHeritage Association. Processing is based on the consent of the data subject.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of web pages and their content.
    In this case, data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

Storage times

The Data Controller adopts the following policies regarding the retention of data of users of the Site:

  • The data provided in contact forms or in emails sent to the addresses published on the Site will only be kept for as long as it is necessary to respond to the requests received.
  • The data provided for receiving the newsletter will be processed until the person concerned revokes consent. Withdrawal of consent will be immediately recorded by the owner but will not apply to campaigns already planned prior to receipt of the request.
  • Browsing data will be deleted after 7 days.

Rights of data subjects

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 at any time by sending an email to info@sudheritage.it or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Controller's address. He also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante as supervisory authority if he considers that his personal data are being processed in breach of the provisions of the legislation in force.
