The conferment of such data is compulsory, necessary to reply to the requests sent as well as to contact the sender to obtain clarifications on what has been reported.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose and legal basis<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data are processed by the data controller for the following purposes:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responding to user requests for information and assistance. Processing is based on the consent of the data subject.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuring the proper functioning of web pages and their content.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case, data processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Storage times<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Data Controller adopts the following policies regarding the retention of data of users of the Site:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data provided in contact forms or in emails sent to the addresses published on the Site will only be kept for as long as it is necessary to respond to the requests received.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data provided for receiving the newsletter will be processed until the person concerned revokes consent.
